Lynda.com just announced a new training called "Photoshop Lightroom 1.3 for Digital Photographers" by Colin Smith.
You can subscribe for just $25 a month for as long as you want and be able to watch any training they offer. They have some excellent ones in Photoshop, blogging, podcasting, etc.
