Just wanted to share some info on a book I recently picked up: The Digital Photography Book, Volume 2 (by Scott Kelby). This book is particulary awesome for newbies! I've been a fan of Scott Kelby's writing--he's always able to write tutorials that cut out the technical jargon and get right to the point.

This book covers some great tips on using off-camera flash, setting up your own studio, and photo composition. The best part is, each tip he gives is only one page long and includes a photo to illustrate his point. It's a quick read, and I highly recommend it.

You can check it out on Amazon here.
