I sent 2 books to print at WHCC 2 nights ago and last night one of their customer service reps called me at home to say that there was a problem with one of the book pages. It appears that the image I had submitted was not at 300dpi but at 72. What I think happened is that by accident I selected the spread I used to put online for display instead of the full resolution one. WHCC had already printed and bound the book so I thought that I was going to have to pay for a remake of the book, since it was obviously my mistake, but to my shocking surprise, the lady said that they'll just trash that book, cancel my order and I could resubmit the book order again and not incur an additional charge other than the normal charge for the book. How awesome is that?!!! I LOVE WHCC.

Yes, they do.
I just received my first album from them yesterday. Unfortunatley, there were marks on the outside front cover like a gear had rolled across it. I called them and they are immediately printing a new one, I don't even have to resubmit the images. They will send UPS to pick up the old one. Cool!
Nothing like good customer service.

Here's my "I love WHCC" story...
I had a client order 450 holiday cards a couple weeks before Christmas. I ordered them on a Tuesday, and they were on my doorstep by Thursday! And they were AMAZING! I also love that they don't charge for shipping! That box weighed almost 30lbs!
