when i was leaving from my shoot this morning i reached for my keys in my shootsac and noticed (lump in my throat) a void.
i lost my beloved iphone.
sad, and sick to my stomach gone. retraced my steps- even tried to call it (my clients were sooooooooooo nice in trying to track it down with me)
glimmer of hope perhaps that some honest person would answer and return. but no such luck. I hate losing things and it's rare if I do lose something.... especially $400 dollar things. but all my info was synced last night so i didn't suffer salt to the wound. just the loss of a (very cool) material object that can be replaced.
so besides my whiney sob story--
if "lucky joe who is going to totally have bad karma" finds and keeps my phone can he do anything with it??
i've already had it deactivated- since it's been a considerable amount of time with no response. my home # says "home" so that is a clear way to get a hold of me.
they can't charge, or listen to it via headphones unless they purchase accessories... can att change out the sim? it should seem obvious that they sim is getting changed, the serial isn't them, as well as the person would have to add the iphone service.
and what about itunes? don't then need the serial for that??
and fwiw... i have found numerous cell phones (not sure if that's the norm or if i attract such random scenarios) but I have ALWAYS found the super grateful owner... and it wasn't *that* hard!!!
