I highly recommend anyone shooting raw with canon and using DPP... there's a new version of DPP available for download. It rocks! You can do monochrome with filter effects, adjust saturation to images individually, etc... definitely worth the upgrade. ... and ITS FREE!!! THANKS CANON.

Thanks for the tip! I'm gonna d/l it tonight! I installed a 320 GB drive this weekend so I can shoot raw now!

Yeah the new version does rock. It's great. My only complaint that in some things (not all) it's REALLY slow. Like deleting images, doing a sort by capture date, etc etc. I actually just bought iView Media Pro cause it's SUPER fast. REALLY nice!

Rawshooter Premium is the only way to fly if speed is your goal. Cant beat it IMO.

The big advantage of DPP is that it does both RAW and jpgs.

True. If thats what your into id look into Bibble...I think it does both formats even better and quicker.
