I live 1 hr from my target market so for engagement/bridal sessions I do them in my studio unless they pay for travel. The problem I'm having is they're too traditional and don't really reflect my style.

Any suggestions for posing or a site for reference?

I think that you're hurting yourself by

1) not traveling to your target market
2) not shooting a style that represents your work

Are there not any other places to shoot in your home area besides your studio? Parks, landmarks, etc? Honestly, an hour is not that far to drive. I frequently drive an hour to an hour and a half... You just need to price yourself so that you can do these things for your client. Charging $50 more upfront and being willing to "go the extra mile" literally will make a much bigger impression on your client.
