) but this was a fun game to watch. Anyway, my name's Laura, located out of Cali (where we had a blip of sunshine today - woho! I miss my sunshine!). I'm married with 3 crazy beautiful babies - toddler 3, twins 19 months. I split my time between being a SAHM mom and photographer. Even though everyone thought I lost it, I started my business last year (when the twins were about 6 months old). I've studied photography since I was in highschool, worked weddings in my early twenties, had no clue what it meant to be in business, got burnt out and took some time off to be a tech writer (then got tired of falling asleep at my desk out of boredom - no offense to any techie writers out there!) . This time around I want to do it the right way! Starting my biz last year really saved me. I love my kiddos but I need a creative outlet and photography is all that and more to me! It's been an interesting year with many lessons learned. My best insights have come from my photog friends - which I hope I'll be calling you guys soon! This seems like a great place. I'm glad to be here. I'll try to update my info - kind of new to forums as lame as that sounds so I need to figure out my way around here. ps - David Jay if you're out there - two of my photog friends Megan P and Allison G were at your seminar today (they sent a link to our group to show us that they are in the very right corner of the photo on your blog : )) and raved about it to our group. I'm green with envy that I couldn't be there!!!
