look on KEH.com for a used one, they probably pop up from time to time, and KEH is one of THE BEST used equipment sites out there.

Ive also seen them on fred miranda's buy and sell forum, and from b and h used for $1000.

Just to let you know, B&H is having a sale on them. I just got body only, the sale price was 1149, so it is $150 off. I think the sale ends around Feb 17th or so. They also sell used 40Ds fro about $1050, I believe.
