I've come to realize that I need to get much better with my PP in order to take my images to the next level. I think I get really good captures, but they lack that Wow-ness of other peoples work because I am not strong with my PP.
So....where do you think the best resources are for learning PP? What has helped you? (Other than OSP obviously) Any courses? Tutorials? Seminars?
Thanks for the help!

For me, it was really really good actions and then learning as much as I could about how to use and maximize those actions, which in turn taught me about layer masks, and so forth....

Steph, as an image editor and processor, being fully educated in this area is critical. I highly recommend these great books as resources for you:

NAPPI believe Actions should be available to enhance well exposed, technically sound images, certainly not as a corrective measure for insufficient photographic captures. (This isn't directed at your statement, Amanda, your comment just made me think of it

Do you have a local college that has photography classes? I took 3 photoshop classes at one of our local schools and it has made all the difference. I had books, but for me, the hands on learning was the best and it MADE me do it. I HAD to complete projects in a timely manner. Now I use a lot of actions, but I think you need to really know at least the basics of Photoshop to really get the most out of it.

It depends how you learn best...
Books, workshops, online tutorials, etc - so many different ways. In the end, in my opinion, the best way to really learn photoshop is time and practice.
