Okay this was just for fun, I bought a wedding dress off of EBay for cheap and couldn't resist trying to find someone to model it for me. I'm just starting my journey in wedding photography and still trying to find a consistant style. So if you all have an tips or CC it's welcomed. Just try to be nice to this newbie, it was hard to get the confidence to post this!!!

Congratulations on your first post. certaily the style of these photos match the setting nicely. I think personal style comes from within and becomes more consistent as you are able to match the output from the camera to the idea and vision you have in your mind. So just keep shooting and it will naturally evolve.

I also noticed on your blog said you might be second shooting for Kay Beaton some this year, that is a tremendous opportunity and while I don't know Kay personally, her work and her willingness to share her experiences with other is outstanding.

Welcome! smile.gif You're definitely on the right track. The only advice I can give about these photos in particular is that her head seems to be pretty much at the same tilt in all of them and that's just something to watch out for in future shoots so you can give direction and mix it up a little! I also think the light on her face is a little lacking, so you might want to look into fill flash or off camera lighting...or try to turn her around in a spot that's naturally well lit. I think one of Becker's videos illustrates that really well, thebschoolblog.com I think is the addy if you want to look it up! I hope that helps a little. smile.gif
