I know there are many threads about WHCC. However, I wanted to know if you use BayPhoto Lab for your print fullfillment needs? If so, what are your experience with them?

would you highly recommend them?

I use both WHCC and Bay Photo for different lines of products. I do prints by both companies but prefer WHCC for my press print cards and prefer Bay Photo for their mini proof books with sloppy borders =) Plus they have almost every size and configuration imaginable. Turnaround and delivery is very very fast.

Quality has been consistent so far, but make sure you have your monitor color calibrated because Bay Photo tends to run more saturated (and in my opinion, slightly reddish) to the printers of WHCC. But I'm sure you already know about the importance of color calibration, anyhow.

I have been using Bay PHoto for almost 2 years now. They have good customer service, and offer a huge range of products. I think their ROES ordering system is awesome. Turnarounds are fast, quality is great and consistent. I have had only a couple minor errors on a few orders out of... probably 200 orders, which were fixed right away. I have gotten to a point that I trust them well enough that I have every order drop shipped right to to the client without me seeing it. I havent' had a customer call and complain yet. (cross my fingers).

I've used Bay photo for a few orders and have been pleased with the quality and quick turnaround.

I have also used Bay Photo..and have been very pleased with their product and customer service.

We used Bay Photo for a ton of press printed orders and recently discontinued our relationship with them because they shipped us 300 cards with streaks on them. I will say that they do give excellent customer service. Now we will try WHCC this spring for our press printed products and see what happens.

errors can happen at any lab, did you tell them the problem? I am sure they would of fixed it right away and sent you new ones.
