Anyone use this? Do you like it? Does it work for you. I'm looking for a company to use to host my photos and I will be doing self fulfillment with the orders.
I use photoreflect right now and I think I'm ready for a change.

Lets put it this way. What are my best options. Here's my situation...Pictage's monthly costs don't work with my business at the moment. I'm currently using photo reflect but am not happy with it. I will be self fulfilling orders. I need a fairly low cost solution that is very user friendly.

Hi Tony! We have been using exposure manager for a year and it works well for us. I like that you can't tell when you leave my site and go to my "gallery" to order prints. We also do the self fulfillment option and go through WHCC for ordering prints. I'd say go for it!
Here is a link to my
website if you wish to look at our gallery set up and how it integrates with our website. Go to the wedding site and then look at the link at bottom right for client galleries. Hope this helps!

Thanks Brandi and Brady. I think I'm going to make the switch for this year. It seems to fit into what I'm looking for and it seems very user friendly.
Have you ever had any complaints from clients about the interface?

I use them and their customer service is AWESOME. I've sung their praises many times here without much response, but they're great. Lowest commission fee I've seen anywhere and highly configurable to sell just about anyway you want. You can configure your own packages, discount coupons, discount triggers, sell files, etc. And as mentioned, brand it to your look.

Michael
I've had zero complaints in almost three years. They actually do all their own printing now, so if you were to ever have a problem, they resolve it very quickly, sometimes within minutes!!

I've been using them too and mostly self fulfill. I let them fulfill the events that I know will be onesie twosie orders. Their prints are very nice too btw. I say go for it!

I used them for the last 2 years and had no problem with them. I am in the process of switching to instaproofs right now though. The ability to make events expire and send out emails to those who have logged in to look at the events right before they expire has already benefited me.
It was a hard decision to make when I changed since the money aspect virtually evened out (EM=10%+$10/month vs Instaproofs=15%), and I really didn't have any real issues with them. But I think I did the right thing for myself.
your mileage may vary
