Mexico is so much fun! Wow! I've never really been able to vacation here but I love it and I'm definitely gonna come back! The wedding (events) over the past couple of days have been super fun and kept us kinda busy and we're also filming a DVD of the trip so that's been a blast as well!
My buddy Mark Fiore is in charge of the video stuff and he's way more adventurous than I am so it's awesome having him along because otherwise I'd probably just sit by the pool all day.

Anyway...
here's the slideshow! and a funny shot I grabbed at the rehearsal!

Yea! You guys are too nice! Everything this whole weekend was pretty stellar and yup my Block Island couple was here (Brandon and Jill) and we did an awesome interview with them this morning to use on our DVD! I love them so much!!!!!
...and if you haven't seen the newly edited Block Island video on
davidjay.com be sure to check it out because we just edited it some more to make it a bit better!
I really liked all the cab shots and the one of the two of them inside the cab uses a special new technique that I'll explain more in my DVD but basically I'm shooting with the camera and flash upside down so it gives a much more "car like" look and you don't overexpose the roof of the car this way!!!

David-
Great forum! And we love the video on the site!
As always, it was great to see you and Tim (and meet Mark) this weekend in Mexico! Jill and I had so much fun hanging out with you guys and we continue to be amazed by what you can do with a camera.
I really hope that we can get the three of you out to Park City this winter for some skiing.

Hey Tim,
Were you sitting next to a blonde nurse practitioner named Jennifer on the plane back from PV? If so, that was my wife's coworker. She was tallking about how awesome your images were....how you guys were from Santa Barbara...how you graduated from Brooks...how you work with this awesome photographer (I can only assume it's DJ

)...
Boy, if this isn't you, I'm going to be soooo embarrassed!

LOL... yea... that good looking hunk is the video guy and he IS a stud!

seriously though...his name is Mark Fiore and I'll see if I can find another picture of him. He was a senior my freshman year so he took care of all of my hazing and soccer initiation stuff at Westmont including shaving my head!!!! We're friends now though!
He's a great guy and I would encourage any of the fine young ladies we have here on OSP to give him a shout!
