Does anybody else ever have trouble getting on the board? Both FF and IE just hang...and hang....and hang.....its like the board has too much traffic and bandwidth is saying..."back off jack."

Finally got through, just seems to be more and more frequent.

When I am on late at night for me it does that lately too. I wonder if DJ needs more bandwidth.

That'd be my guess too. Seems to be a spike in Nov/Dec/January. Maybe the board needs updated. OSP is still growing!

I am having problems at all different times of day. For example, right now it has been taking forever to get on.

It seems like ever since DJ put the UStream video thing on it started having problems. Then when he added the photo contest is when I noticed it getting really really bad.

I'll check into these things but honestly, we should be able to do both. I have noticed it slower as well and never connected it to the front page but I guess that could affect it.

For me, it often hangs for as long as 10 - 15 seconds, especially after I write a post and hit Reply. It's been happening all morning, but this has been going on for several days.

I noticed it slowing down ever since DJ put the tv thing up there.
Then it got slower when the photo contest thing went up.

Yes it is and it crashed on me about 1/2 hour ago...took a couple of minutes to come back up...I was able to surf other sites, so I know it is not Internet based.

It was completely down for at least an hour last night. It kept telling me something about the server connection being lost. Every other site worked, but OSP was down down down I finally gave up and went to bed, so I'm not sure how long it was like that.

Not sure if it was down for service, but it's greatly improved today!!

Sarah, I did the exact same thing last night. Probably a good thing it was down otherwise I would have been up way too late.
I think the real problem is all those "hot" photos DJ posted of himself and Allie

www.davidjay.com was down, too. It may have been an issue with the hosting company DJ uses for both sites. (Just a guess)

so glad OSP is back online....was going through withdrawels....
