For the past few months I've been checking out my options for which company I'd like to go with for my albums. I was almost set on Zookbinders, but then began hearing about Finao.

Who is using them and what do you think? Does anyone have any pictures?

LOOOOVE FINAO! I have two ONE albums and three ELEMENTS albums and they all ROCK. Customer service has been amazing, too. I'll be posting some photos on my blog in the next few days. I'll let you know when I do!

OOh, exciting! I haven't heard of them before, so I'll look into it! Did you decide against Graphi for any reason? (Still think Graphi does a great job...Just interested in how you think they personally compare to Fiano.)

Quick question - what's the turnaround time to get a flush mount from Finao? I ordered a self mount Finao Upper Elements album a little over a month ago and still haven't gotten it, so I am hesitant to order a flush mount if a self mount takes this long. I sent them an email Friday asking them if they could update me on the status of my album and my email was forwarded to someone else asking them to check on my order status (they cc'd me when they forwarded the email). I haven't heard anything since then, so I sent them another email today. *sigh* I had high hopes for Finao to be my new album company.

They are a beautiful product!

I saw them at Imaging USA and I LOVE ALL OF THEM! My favorite at the show was the canvas covers! They are very neat!

I have a bunch of small Elements and they are fantastic! I just ordered the ONE and cant wait to get it!!!


I think the hold up on some of the albums is due to them still receiving some of the cover materials. I know that they are new, so they have a few things to get worked out. I am waiting on the sample swatches and it is delayed due to a certain leather that isnt ready.
