I started reading Lovemarks by Kevin Roberts a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember where I read it, but Jeff Woods mentioned that this book changed the way he does business. With the sucess that Jeff and Juilia Woods are having I wouldn't think twice about ignoring their book list.
