Hope Christmas and New Years was great!

One of my gifts was some much needed CF cards and they came with a free copy of Capture One RAW workflow software. Is this something I should consider?

Anyone use it?

I personally did not like it, I'm too ingrained in my photoshop/lightroom workflow but I have a friend that loves it!

I use to use it all the time - it is an amazing raw converter.

Not as feature packed as LR - but does a wonderful job extracting detail and I think it does a better job when dealing with color (WB) compared to LR.




Sometimes I still use it - mostly for my own artwork.
But Robert Watcher posted a free RAW converter (PC only) called Raw Therapee... It does the best job IMO when processing detail and color out of a raw file. However, it also lacks the features of LR.

Thanks guys, (I've been gone and fogot to check back to see what you said.) Sounds like something that I just don't need. Okey-doke, moving on......
