Hey guys! I just started using labprints for my WHCC orders. I got my very first little order from a bridesmaid, it was only $30 but I was really excited. Then I forgot about the $12 they take out for shipping if the order is under $12.00 - So I ended up making a whopping $9.00 or something like that wacko.gif

Do you guys have a minimun order price for your clients??? Or just hope for big orders??? I would hate to do that to my clients, is there a way around this?

I already give my clients the CD's so I'm not expecting to get any huge orders, just some little ones on the side from friends and family of the clients.

If we get a small order, we usually combine it with other orders when we place the order. If you aren't getting very many orders and won't be getting any in the next few days, I would either do it as a Print Fulfillment order, since there is not a minimum order requirement, or I would throw in an order for some studio samples to make up the minimum.

That's a great idea and that's what I was going to do....now I don't have to pay my own prices do I? I still pay the regular "photographer" cost.

So would my pics be a totally seperate order and then I would just send them together?

You would place it all as one order. If they were placed as separate orders you would still have to pay the $12 minimum because that is a per order charge. I often order stuff for numerous customers in one order.

So does that mean I have to pay my own print prices blink.gif

Huh? I don't get it. I think you're misunderstanding something.

You just pay the regular WHCC prices for your entire order, then keep part of the order for yourself before delivering it to you customer.

First of all I want to say I just joined WHCC last month and I have never been a part of anything like this, so thank you guys for all the help.

Do you guys use Labprints as well as WHCC? So in other words....I get the order from Lab Prints and then go process it myself in white house (Using the Roes system)?

Ok, I think I get it, you are using Labprints for hosting. We don't use them for hosting but we do use Labprints sometimes for orders. When you get an order on Labprints, does it automatically order the prints for you or do you order the prints? If you order them, just add your images in when you actually place the order with WHCC, but do not order them from your online store. I am not really sure how the Labprints store works, but there has to be a way to order multiple things at once.
Kelly M
Yes that's right Labprints does the whole order for me, they send me an e-mail saying I have an order then I just download it and it's on it's way.

Is there a better way to do it? I thought White House and Labprints were the same company working together, maybe not who knows.

I'm also sleep deprived, my 4 month old has a nasty cold so of course momma is getting NO sleep. Maybe I should just look at it again in the morning.

Labprints hosting is a separate company from WHCC. WHCC is just one of the labs that is enabled to use Labprints software. There are numerous labs that you can use Labprints ordering software with.

Ah-ha, it's all coming together now. Maybe I should just make my own order forms for my clients and process them myself...
