Looking for recommendations (and perhaps trades).

My Canon 28-70, while incredibly sharp and contrasty, is way too big. I found it wonderful at first, but then realized that it became a chore to use.

So, I'm thinking about downsizing (literally) to a 24mm 2.8 or a 28mm 1.8. Any recommendations?

I'd love to try a 17-85 or something like that, but I've since become reliant on the 2.8.

Any ideas? Any trade proposals?

Thanks!

I'm actually planning on getting rid of my 28 1.8 - its only a month old and been used on three shoots. If you decide that's the route you want to go, pm me, I haven't listed it yet.
