When did the OSP layout changed to threaded posts instead of just listing all of the replies? I really don't like that I can't just scroll down. Is there a way I can change it back for my own use?

Yes - above the first post (next to the title of the post), on the right hand side it says "Options." Click the arrow and then choose "Standard" view. I think it reverts when you've been logged out and then you log back in.
