I have been using whcc forever so no newbie problem.

I went to open roes whcc and it started to open, gave me the pop up screen about being closed on new year's and then it just keeps running I never get past that. Anyone else having problems.

I am alittle worried because I just downloaded another roes from an album company, but I have a thrid roes from another lab that I downloaded forever ago that never made a difference.

I did restart my computer once, maybe I should again. Otherwise not sure what else to do. Thought I would ask in case it isn't my problem.

Interesting... I had the same problem after I downloaded a roes from another lab but it was the opposite the new one would not open but it happen only on one of my systems I never resolved it myself I nad to call in a geek.

hmmmm, so does your whcc roes work today????

I rarely use WHCC anymore, but I still have ROES on the computer - it pulled up for me no problems.

thanks robin for checking for me, I think I am gonna uninstall the other companies roes and see if that helps.

I have 2 roes on my system and they both opened up fine just now.

I have three ROES systems on my computer and have never had a problem....until the other day I went to pull up WHCC and the little icon bounced for a second then stopped & wouldn't open. This kept happening. I have used WHCC for a long time as well. I just removed the icon from my dock (on a mac) and went back into applications and put the icon back in the dock. This seemed to fix the problem. Not sure what happened. Maybe WHCC had some holiday glitch??

still not fixed, I messed around for awhile, I even ran a scan on my stystem in case I had a virus or something messing it up. I am gonna walk away from it for awhile and then try to figure it out again. Right now I can't get any ROES to work, I tried mpix roes also. I think I might just delete it all and re install.

Thank you sooo much everyone for the feedback. I didn't want to do major stuff if it was on whcc end. Sounds like it is my issue.

I pretty sure they all use java. You might try updating that.
