Some places won't. Not sure why.
I doubt if a pro lab like Pictage would have an issue with anything like that. It's a money thing, they want you to print stuff so they make money. They won't tell you no.
I'm pretty sure the 'rule' is any lab will print anything like that as long as there is not penetration. Oi, the stuff I've seen printed at Walgreen's in college.
