So while most people would have been out christmas shopping, the WHCC elves were working hard on all our Christmas orders. Just thought i would post that here, and i am going to email their customer service to give them a big THANK YOU for the extra effort. This is why i LOVE WHCC.

Me too! I have a whole BOX of lollipops now. They've been sending one in every package!

I have FIVE Christmas card orders still in processing though, so I really do pray they all get here by Wednesday! Yikes. Nothing like cutting that one close! (Not their fault though.)

And I have a shoot tomorrow that I'm hoping to get prints back for my client to make a scrapbook for her boyfriend. Crossing fingers. Inkjet is backup plan.

They're open and print 24/7...

The shipped my last time critical order at 10pm Friday night for a delivery this morning, and it shows out for delivery with UPS.

I ordered some Sunrise/sunset images for gifts this year. I got a call from one of the techs and they said that in one my images there was a problem with a green color in the image that their printer could'nt recognize in my 16x20 order and they wanted me to call them... so I did. She told me to download the 16x20 icc soft proofing thingy and she walked me through how to use it... " I never did it before " And sure enough, there was the green they were talking about right over the horizon. She walked me through how to tone it down, from there I reodered ... problem solve immediately. Now that's caring for your client. MPix would have never done that.

Yup ! WHCC ... gotta lovem.

Usually they're open 24/6, actually. For Christmas they add the 7.

I can tell you that they're working their a$$es off right now and are being amazing rockstars throughout this season. There are thousands of orders coming through daily and the hours they're putting in are unbelievable.

And that order showed up at my studio this morning. Seems it didn't get drop shipped, which kills the advantage for the overnight air.

I still like 'em, but they didn't rock on this one.

I submitted a card order late Thursday night and it arrived first thing this morning (with the overnight shipping option). About three days earlier than I expected.

That place is cookin' with gas!

Oh man, why didn't I pick overnight shipping? I'm still waiting for two card orders to come in. Yikes! Stupid stupid stupid.

But I get lollipops in every order these days. My kids LOVE when whcc boxes arrive!
