Hi and thanks in advance for you help!

Facts:
I made a slideshow with Show-It.
I have my ftp site.
I have a Bludomain site.
I copied the entire folder that was created for the slideshow into my ftp site's www directory.
I've typed in my website address with the /harperfamily at the end to access the slideshow with no luck.

What do I do now? I don't know how to access the slideshow via the web?

Sara, my guess is that you placed it in the wrong folder on the server. I have a folder on my Bludomain server (which must be in the "Public_HTML" folder) titled "slideshows" and I place all of my showit folders in there. My links are then "www.steffine.com/slideshows/folder name"

You don't have to have a separate folder like I do, but your showit folder must be in the Public_HTML folder.

Hope this helps!

Let me give this a try!

Where do I find the folder Public_HTML???

When you log in through your ftp client, you should see several files and folders. One of the should be /html/ or some variation of that.

I am actually having the exact same problem. I created the "slideshows' folder right. (I did put it in the public_html.) FTPed the folder. But it still isn't working! HELP!!

I don't know if the folders are different on the various bludomain servers, but on mine, when I log in to my account there is a folder titled "public_html". There is also one titled "public_ftp" which is not the correct folder.

Inside that "public_html" folder are all the files for my website. I created a folder in there titled "slideshows" and inside I have a folder for every slideshow, such as "jacknjillwedding". Inside of there I place all of the ShowIt folders and files.

So, having done that, my url for the show is "http://www.steffine.com/slideshows/jacknjillwedding"

Now, it doesn't have to be this way. You can set this up almost any way you like. However, if you simply upload your ShowIt folders and files into "public_html" you will not be able to access your show. The ShowIt files and folders have to be in their own folder, which you can title any name you like.

Hope this helps to clarify the process.

I think I got mine working. Had a glitch in the meantime but I was able to actually get to the slideshow using the process and address Bruce suggested.

Thanks for the help!!
