So I received 2 copies of a Showit-DVD today and for some reason I decide to play the DVD. I just got a new DVD player and the DVD is actually for my sister of her wedding. Well about 3/4 into the slideshow a pop up box shows up in the middle of the tv screen. It looks like a pop up box from an error with a windows computer or something.
I have already sent in a problem ticket with Show-it, but I just wanted to let you all know about it. I love Showit-DVD and love not having to make DVDs myself. I am just glad that I ordered them and had them sent to me and not sent to a customer.
My next problem is that these DVD's were to be Christmas gifts. It took almost 3 weeks for the the DVDs to get here the first time. DJ, if you read this, can you get me some help. Thanks
Keith

From what I know about Showit-DVD, it sounds like this show needs to be re-rendered, and double-checked for glitches before shipping it out. Create a support ticket over at www.showitfast.com . If you can read the error message, it might help to include it in the support ticket.

Hey Keith,
That's a very odd error that we haven't seen before but we'll be happy to ship out another disk to you ASAP. Let me know if you don't hear from the support team in 24 hours.

I had exactly this same issue - ordered 2 DVD's AND both were defective.
Notified them on December 8th and we still do not have the replacements. They reply to my emails periodically, but nothing has been resolved.
I'm very frustrated with the lack of customer service and inability to rely upon their delivery dates.
