Ok, I posted about the wreck and broken arms about a week ago, but I can't seem to find that post anywhere. Long story short.....had a wreck, broke both arms, had a hilarious couple weeks of shooting with someone else having to hold my camera for me...but am now totally back to normal.

So good to be able to hold a camera again!

I've lurked some during that past month or so, but haven't been able to post much since it took so long to type everything out. It's great to see so much going on, and I look forward to getting to know all the newer people.

Oh Choli!!! I never even knew that happened to you! I returned from hurricane Rita about a month and just started (via dialup ) posting again...

Girl, I've been praying for you and your family. I think having to use dial-up may be your biggest trial yet.

People died laughing when they saw me shooting.

I have the greatest assistant in the world, my baby sister, who was incredible through all of this. I defintely cut down on what I shot, but I still covered all my weddings and did several family, senior and engagement shoots. My left arm was only in a cast for three weeks, then it was just in a sling so I could use it. It was almost as weird to shoot left handed as it was to try and use my right arm in a cast! I'll post some pictures later tonight. I'm about to head out to Dallas to shoot this weekend.
