how to? now i'm unable to change it back to the original where the song is looping. i tried trashing the music and reimporting but it still is keeping the same timing as when it "fit to song".

In the Timing-templates area, you can choose "-None" at the top of the list of templates. Check the boxes you want to be cleared (Timing, music, movement, transitions). That should do it.
