Hello All,

We have a nice formal dining room in our home where we meet clients. I'd like to have a number of large enlargements made from various events, but the rest of the time I'd like portraits of my family, etc. It would be great if I could find some sort of "double sided frame" that would have my personal enlargement on one side, and my business enlargement on the other. Then, when clients come over, it's just a matter of fliping the frames to the other side.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Or is there some other solution I should consider?

Thanks!

Hahaha... I was thinking of this kind of thing too, just the other day! I initially thought of those frames that are borderless with glass that can be viewed from both sides (they're pressure placed with brackets near the corners). But then I thought I saw some (Target, I'm thinking) in wood (like the suspended picture between two sheets of glass). Having a shelf to set/lean the pieces would be easy for turning around. I'd suggest searching for "reversible picture frame" (or backless, maybe) online.

Post here when you find some, please smile.gif

I snarkily thought to myself "hey, this can be my product/service! You have to have a DVD/Workshop/Software package to be a cool photographer, right?" smile.gif

So I thought about it for a while, and realized that if the frame had a routed track in the top and bottom edges, a u-shaped mount could be attached to the wall. The mount would have a pair of pins that went into the track. Then, just pull the frame all the way to one side, flip it, then slide back to it's midpoint.

Smart, right?

Anyway, in looking for something that would work, I found this. Great minds think alike, I guess.
