Fotomagico users.

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue that I am.

I run FM 2.1.4 on both a G5 and a Macbook Pro, both running Leopard 10.5.1. FM is working flawlessly on the Macbook Pro, but it is acting very strange on my G5 tower.

The biggest problem is that the pan and zoom dissolve transition is "freezing" At the beginning of each image/slide the pan and zoom starts, but it only works for part of the duration. Meaning on a 4 second slide it will run its pan and zoom for the first 2-3 seconds, then it will stop panning and zooming and turn into a static image for a 1-2 seconds and then dissolve to the next slide.

I doubt this is do to system performance issues or my graphics card, because it actually renders and exports the "lag" onto the DVD's

It is very annoying because all the fluid motion is lost and it looks like a hack job.

I have not heard back from Customer Support yet so thought I would ask if anyone else had the problem or a solution.

The issue is with my graphics card and Leopard. Leopard is eating up too much of the video card's power. The guys at Boinx software were really helpful and helped me make sure it was not the FM software.
