Hi all. I ordered my first DVD on 11/20. I didn't hear anything so I went to check the status on 11/26 and saw that there had been an error on 11/22. I didn't get any emails (not even in my spam filter) letting me know there was, so had I not checked I wouldn't have known there was a hold up. I responded to the error which wasn't really an error, but a courtesy to me to let me know that there was no music on the DVD. I didn't want any music, so I gave the instruction to go ahead and make the DVD.
Now it's 11/29 and the status still shows as processing. I've read in other threads here that it only takes a day before it ships. Is it different now? I really like the ease of use and everything, but I want to be sure of turn around for the future when more clients order them. I'm hoping maybe this is a fluke and future orders will go more smoothly.
EDIT - does anyone have any experience recently as to how quickly the turn-around goes?
