I've been lazy about posting recent images on forums. feel free to join in. maybe I just feel like it's all the same old thing . . .

Wondering.... do you do unsharp masking? Does anybody? I usually don't, and was wondering when it's applicable.

I only do USM on enlargements that I make through mpix.com and photos for my website. Proofs and clients orders don't get USM because the lab sharpens when they print and my slideshows don't get USMed at all.

Maybe that's because it is at the end of the heavy wedding season in WNY. Enjoy the fall colors and take a break. By the way, I like number three a lot

Nathan, I had two monolights set up bouncing off a wood ceiling. each triggered by a pocket wizard from separate channels. does this answer your question?

but dont you ever find it takes away from your work? i mean i love your work, ive seen in before you were on here.... but every image i see always has the website in fairly large writing in the corner. i mean i love marketing and all that as liana mentioned, heck i went to college and majored in business instead of photography, but im just wondering if that doesnt bother you at all? i guess the greatest marketing i can do is impress the heck out of someone, thats much more effective "marketing" than putting your name on something to me. but you mentioned copyright, which i can understand, but what is someone really going to do with your low res internet photo? i guess i like your work and neil's work and i just think it's a shame to have some of it covered up with text
Those are all really great!
we have had issues with people stealing our images and using them on their sites. sometimes it takes away, sometimes it does not.
