I had a friend from high school do my logo about 6 years ago. He's an awesome artist and works in NYC. I paid him to do it and then paid him again to change it when I changed my company name last year. I know he actually drew out the "g" in my name, but otherwise, I think it is a Mac font. I have offered to pay him to do the marketing words that I want or to just tell me what font it is, but he will not even respond to the emails. My new business cards are actually shaped like the star, so I could possibly redo the font to something similar so that I would know what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
