Anybody know the best way of emailing TIFF files? I am trying to send a few in one email but my gmail account just reads "still working" constantly (ie for the last hour and a half!). I have tried sending just one image per email but much the same result.
I would be trying to email them as highest quality jpegs, but had a problem with this if anybody can help with this too... I exported the images from Lightroom as 16-bit TIFFS as I wanted to heavily edit them in Photoshop. When I go to save the images, it does not give me the option of saving them as a JPEG. Anybody know why?
Thanks guys.

Try creating a Zip file of the images you are sending. If that is still to large to send by email you can use www.yousendit.com to send large files.

I have just answered my own question with regards to the second paragraph of my post. JPEG supports a max of 8 bit!!

FTP with Transmit software, but I don't know how to explain it. Someone more techy should answer.
