My husband came across this site here and he found a wireless sd card. He also found a place where you could get a cf card size convertor for the sd card so that you could put it in your camera and then you could shoot and the cards would upload to your computer wirelesly. Has anyone heard of or used these?

I have seen the cards, but I don't think I would trust important images to them.

Nikon has a wireless grip for the d200. At one point there was a way to have the wireless built into a d2x.

Mike colon did a wedding shoot for nikon using the wireless as a demo a while back. Do a bit of research on that end. It will save some heartache but cost more money. Worth it I think.

Good luck

I'm afraid of losing my images. Like what if I wandered too far from my laptop and the image didn't fully transmit over?

It's a 2 Gig card. You still have them. I'm not sure how they know when to transfer, but nothing is lost.
