I am going to take some pictures of one of my friends who is a musician for his album and marketing and stuff. I have not done a session like this before, so I'm a little nervous about it. Does anyone have some pics from a session with a musician to give me some inspiration? Or any tips to help me get some ideas for the shoot? I would really appreciate it.

here are some with Schuyler, a co-worker of mine who is also aspiring to be a musician. he wanted "some photos" for a single he's working on.

i chatted with him before hand about what kind of image he was trying to portray with his music. we talked about nature & style. from that we decided on a place & he brought a great wardrobe.
