Hello, my name is Chris, and my home town is Chicago. Actually I live in the suburbs, but I go downtown every chance I get.
I am preparing to move from my life-long home to be with my girlfirend in the sunny, warm, Phoenix area. One thing that I will miss about Chicago is the city around the Christmas season. In Daley Center, there is a great German Market. Since I am of German dissent, this is a real treat for me. There is nothing like a bratwurst on a cold Chicago night. Also the Gluwein is good too, and pretty strong. ;-)
Another thing I like about Chicago is they change the
colors of the lights on the buildings.
I wonder if other citys change the colors of the lights on their buildings too?
For instance for Christmas they change the colors to Green and Red.
