I'm about to cry I'm so mad!

I'm working on a deadline due tomorrow for a client and Photoshop has decided to stop working. I own the Adobe Creative Suite 3 - Design Premium - which includes Photoshop CS3. I purchased the pack directly from Adobe (not from a third-party or pirated, etc.) The program has been working successfully for many months now. I've registered the product and the whole shabang - everything is legit.

Now, today, all of a sudden (b/c it KNOWS that I NEED to work) when I open Photoshop it says "Licensing for the program has stopped working. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting Adobe customer service for help." It then exits me out of the program - and doesn't allow me to do anything further. All of the other Adobe programs included in the Design Suite work just fine - it seems to only be affecting Photoshop.

I've contacted Adobe and tech support for licensing it out until tomorrow (I'm on a client deadline and need it up before then). I've uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't help.

Does ANYBODY know what I need to do? I'm perplexed as to why I'm having licensing problems on my own product??!?!?!

smashpc.gif Help? Please and thank you!!!

I've had this before, my computer crashed and after we fixed it I got this type of error message. I had to call Adobe and have them reregister it over the phone. I also had it happen when I just upgraded to a new computer, same thing, had to call Adobe.

Good luck

Yeah, I too had something like this happen. It was quite a while ago on CS2, so I don't remember all the details. I was messing around in my program files, and afterthat it wouldn't work. I had to call adobe and get a registration code over the phone to make it work again.
