And WOW! pretty much sums it up. I'm greatly impressed. You may remember from a few weeks ago when I was putting together the book and got lots of suggestions. It looks better than we imagined. Now I wish we'd gotten another one for a sample (we got three). I think we'll be giving one to the coordinator at the club, and the couple bought one, which leaves us with one sample, which is fine, I guess.

I just wanted to share our happiness. smile.gif

Adam,
I know how you feel. I think the AsukaBooks are pretty cool. I showed a sample book to a couple who had not even considered an album. . .and they ordered two! With a third book in consideration. smile.gif

I am about to order my first AsukaBooks. For those of you who are familiar with Kevin Kubota, I'm sure you can attest to his greatness. Everything that man does does is top-notch. I love his PhotoShop actions and the AsukaBooks are incredible works of art.

Normally I wouldn't bring up product pricing . . . but if you care to share with the group . . . how will you be pricing your AsukaBooks?

I have mixed feelings about the prices, because just as much time, effort, and work as an album go into designing the AsukaBook, but I don't feel that I should charge as much because of the physical size (and price) of the book. It will certainly cost my clients less than an album, but how much less I don't know. I also am not interested in pricing my albums out of existence, because the AsukaBooks are so cool and I'm sure my clients will want them. Thoughts, anyone?? Thanks in advance for sharing smile.gif

I figure you need to figure the time you put in to designing one and figure that into the price of the first copy. Then sell additional copies at a deep discount off of that figure since you have already charged for the time factor, but still allow yourself a good profit off of them.
