I have been trying to check my email all day (from mac mail) and it's been offline for some reason. THEN I went to my cpanel to check it that way, and my website is not working!!
Anyone else with a bludomain site noticing this right now? I know that the members of BLU are in New York right now, so I'm worried about getting the problem solved quickly.
Anyone know what is going on? Did I miss the memo? I'm freaking out because I just paid for some advertising the other day, and now no one will be able to even go to a working site!!
ARGH!
PS. I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place...I wasn't sure how to categorize this!!

I just checked mine and it is working and my email is coming in fine. I have had my site go down a couple of times though and I have submitted a support ticket with urgent and they are usually very quick to resolve the issues.

everyone is on different servers so maybe your server is down - send in a ticket.

My contact page on my wedding site (I have two blu templates) has not been functioning properly for the past week (maybe longer). It's taking hours, days, and in some cases weeks or never for inquiries to show up in my email.

I am having the same problem! Except my website works. My email was working and not working all day yesterday and now it just doesn't work at all.

I submitted a support ticket. I hope it gets fixed ASAP!

Oh wow, glad to see I am not alone! I just checked again and everything is working now! But however, the test email I sent while it was down never got to me. I will be very upset if this happens again and will be switching servers. I cannot deal with a company that has this many issues. I need to have my email working 100 percent of the time!!!

i think im having some trouble too.. usually i get like 200 emails/spam day and today ive had like 20. hopefully nothing important is lost in cyberspace =(

STILL no email for me

It says my username and password is wrong on the webmail and on my MacMail. This SUCKS

hmm.. mine appears to be not working again today =( my mail program keeps saying it the server is not responding, and webmail says my password and username arent valid. UGH.

Michelle, my blu email goes down - a lot. Sometimes I can't use it at all, and right now, I can receive, but not send. I'm very frustrated with my Blu email. I've sent in tickets to them (many times) and they are usually pretty prompt at responding. So, while that doesn't help you, at least you know that you aren't alone (or going crazy!)

This has been my exact issue for the last several days. I won't receive email for hours (I can always send out, so that's good) and then all of a sudden it will come in.

OK good to hear! I'm glad I'm not the only one, but this seems a little disconcerting to me!! I get REALLY disappointed if people think I'm a flake because of missed emails, and I certainly do not want to lose new business because of it!! AK! How can you tell when it's not working??
