Some bands sell t-shirts -- others sell special edition box sets. The White Stripes sell custom made cameras.

The JACK Holga and MEG Diana+ Lomographic cameras adhere to the band's red, white and black color scheme, and even don a peppermint swirl on the frame advance dial.

Each all-plastic camera comes with its own set of accessories. The MEG comes with "Nobody Knows How To Talk to Children" ringflash and custom Peppermint Film Mask Filter. The JACK is equipped with an additional fish-eye lens, three filter set and custom Peppermint Len Filter.

Only 3,000 units of each camera are being produced, so photographic music fans should hurry. Each is priced at $180.

Wow. I love the Holga and have shot one for a couple of years now. I think that it the best fitting camera for the White Strips. Cool stuff.

i bought a set but i did not get them at the same time. apparently, if you buy the jack and meg at the same time they send you some limited edition silkscreen poster (or so I have heard).

i don't know if i will ever take those precious gems out of their boxes...

I have a freezer full of 120 film I need to get rid of, now I got reason! smile.gif

Zack - that ring flash is really cool, have you used it?

Frank DiMeo
I have both of these original cameras and love them.

3000 limited run...Wow, talk about big time investment! I would never take them out of the box either Juan. Imagine what a unopened set will be worth in about twenty years?

That ring flash does look ultra cool though...it might be worth it to buy two sets just to play with that baby.

I'm using Meg for a personal project called "Rise of the Cranes"... She has some crazy light leaks, but I still love 'er.

i just ordered the diana, i hope they can ship it over here.
Shane Snider
they did have a fire in their warehouse... I know there was a shipping delay. So, you might be waiting for a bit.

It's worth it, though. I wish I would have bought Jack too. sad.gif

okay you guys have me dying over these now. Now should I get this set or just an original Holga and Diana - I know I am such a loser that I did nto have these before. Also went and looked at Holga and saw that they made my very first camera when I was in high school I had a little key chain 120 and just realized it was them who made it...debating getting another one, but know my parents have to have it somewhere (I would hope)

Okay so my question - besides being limited what additional things do these two have?

I really want them just because they are too freaking cool!

Thanks Everyone!
