I had so much fun doing this so I put together a slideshow! Story is the bride asked if we could do a photo booth set up. I mess around with this at home a lot, so I said sure! I'm glad we did it...IT WAS A BLAST!

Hey Jan, you did a great job! Looks like if was fun for everybody.
One of my clients asked for something like this, can you share how you set it up?
Thanks!

Hey Rudy,
Sure thing! I wish I would've taken shots of the set up, but didn't. I put up a 9ft. white seamless paper backdrop. I have this backdrop stand that's pretty easy to setup, but putting on the roll of paper and raising it up will need 2 people if you want to do it quickly.
I set up 3 strobes, 2 Alien Bees AB800 on 10 ft. stands w/ ubrellas on both sides of the camera aimed at a 45 deg. angle and one AB400 to blast the background. That one was placed on the bottom left of the paper. I didn't have time to mess around with that one, but I think I could've placed it better or maybe I needed another one for the right side. I didn't get true "white out".
Pocketwizards to trigger and sand bags to weigh down EVERYTHING. Guests can be careless and a few bumped into the stands, but no harm done. Also came in handy are powerstrip, gaffers tape and utility clamps (from home depot).
Took about 15 minutes to set up and we shot for about 1.5 hours.
