I just signed up with Pictage and have uploaded three galleries full of photos. Even though I have it set to "Remove Watermark" on the Studio Preferences page, it still watermarks every single one of my photos. THAT'S ANNOYING. I really hate watermarks. I sent them an email, but is there anywhere I missed (do I need to specify NO WATERMARKS anywhere other than the Studio Prefs page???)

They should be able to change this from your email request. I'm not sure why it didn't work from you selecting "No Watermark". How the heck are you??

Thanks Amy! I think I figured out the prob - after I submitted the event, I clicked on "Event Owner Preview" and the watermarks were there. But then I logged out and logged in as a client and they weren't. I'm guessing for the "Preview" it just defaults back to watermarked images even if they're not really there.

There's a LOT to learn in Pictage! I had no idea it was soooo complex (and sometimes really complicated) but I'm liking it so far
