Jason, here's the settings:
ISO:200
Shutter: 1/6
Aperture: 3.5
I was shooting at 18mm and had everything set manually.
There was a good amount of light downtown and the picture actually came out much lighter. I adjusted it in Camera RAW and then applied the free Urban Acid script from
Photoshop Action Central Then I created a layer mask on the curves level and brushed over their faces to bring their faces back to normal color and lighting.
I just realized tonight that I was shooting it at 1/6th and just zoomed in on the pic and it is soo crisp. The were actually the darkest part of the scene so the flash was the only thing lighting them up, so that's probably why I didn't have a problem with that shutter speed. Just make sure to have a strong light on them and you'll be good.
