Thanks guys! I did contact support and I was told that it was more likely than not an entry error (ie wrong credit card number or something) So I forwarded the email to my client so that she could see it. She said she treid 3 more times, but she has decided not to order them now. It is ok- but I still would like to know what the error was. I did contact support a second time, but at that point, the client had already decided against it. Maybe I will have to run through the ordering process to see if I encounter a problem.
Also, DJ- not sure if this has been mentioned, but is there a way to have 2 different pricing structures set-up. For example, I would like to offer my wedding DVD's (that typically have more images and more time put into it) and my portrait DVD's at two prices. Is there any chance of having a place in our account info where we set a price for two separate types of DVD's and then when we are creating the DVD slideshow have a box that says include option to buy; "portrait DVD" (thus defaulting to the portrait price) or "wedding DVD" thus defaulting to the wedding DVD price) ? Do you follow? Just a thought
