Hey guys,
I'm trying to set up a new blog and I'm looking for a good plugin that would let readers subscribe by email. This is going to be a family blog and some members of my family are not that good with computers, so I'd like to make it easier for them. I just would like to create a box in my sidebar where they could put their name and email address to subscribe to all entries in my blog.
What do you guys use and how do you manage all newsletters from your server?

I use Constant Contact for newsletters. http://www.constantcontact.com
You can put a link from there on your blog and people can add themselves to your newsletter.
