I want to do print fulfillment myself (I know, I know, takes time, but I package my stuff really nicely for my clients and Pictage can't do that for me smile.gif ) so I'm setting up my pricing for my prints, however, does anyone know how Pictage charges for shipping of these items? Do I need to build it into the item price or do they charge anyway and send me the cash?

Thanks!

Krystal, if you're already signed up with Pictage... you may want to also ask this on their "monitored" forum. But as I understand it, Pictage collects the money, takes their commission, then notifies you of the item that needs to be "studio fulfilled" via an email. Since they're not shipping it -- and "it" could be anything from a trinket to a HUGE canvas print, I can't imagine how they'd figure in a separate shipping charge. So that's something you'd need to factor into the product price that's displayed in their shopping cart.

Hope that helps... but confirm with Pictage if you can.

David
