Full Version: Addicted to OSP
OpenSourcePhoto > Who We Are :-) > All about You :-)
Jules
I needed to check my site for something I wrote about a special offer. So I opened up Firefox to go to MY site, and by some crazy habit or finger memory thing, I clicked on the "OSP" bookmark in my top tab instead.

SOMEBODY help me! I'm hopelessly addicted!

Jules - I'm with ya on that...
I try to get other things done - working on photos, concentrate, doing something else... and for some reason I mindlessly open up firefox and click the OSP link just to read what new posts are on or if I have any new PM's... I have issues. biggrin.gif

No way I can help you....

What? Addicted you say. Just 'cause I sit here in my jammies 15 minutes before I walk out the door for work, still unshowered doesn't make me addicted does it? blink.gif

Step 1. Unplug network/internet cable
Step 2. Realize that the addiction is hopeless and ignore step 1 and steps 3-12.

Here's the cure:

1. Take a long vacation.
2. Come back and immediately get in a childish OSP fight with someone who you really respect but they are saying something you feel is idiotic.
3. Take ANOTHER vacation.

By the time you get back, you won't need OSP. You'll come here, but you'll feel...different about it.

(or take a self-induced break after that but realize that may increase your addiction again)
Lovely Melissa
I'm on this boat with you all too. I jump on to look something or get an opinion and I'm on for hours.

This is very bad for my work ethic!!!

dancingbanana.gif I love the emoticons too! 04.gif
