Hey guys, Joy downloaded DJ's Showit Web this afternoon and we just put together a little show. What fun! We haven't posted it on our site yet, but we'll get there.

These shots are from an engagement shoot last night. They were a lot of fun. I've known the groom since college and he used to be in a Christian Band. They said they wanted edgy shots, not your typical engagement session. So we arrived at the location and they started pulling out one outfit after another.

"This is our casual outfit. This is our dressy outfit. And THIS is our Rock Star outfit!" All three outfits looked the same to me!

I really like the first two! Wonderful expressions in the first one and awesome use of the chairs in the second! Looks like it could be an adverisement! Great job!

Thanks, DJ. The "advertisement" look is exactly what they were going for, so they're pleased.

Garrett, if I were this couple, I would be very pleased with these. Its not easy to pull off the advertising look that some couples want and you seem to be developing a very good eye for it. (Its something I am still working on.) Good job.

I'm a big fan of that second one as well. Where were you at? Great job! I've got my first engagement shoot on Saturday and seeing these really gets my mind going! Thanks!!

Okay, Its way past my bedtime....but I was trying to figure out how to upload the Showit folder to our website....well here it is!!!!! My husband would be so proud...or maybe kill me for being risky with his web stuff!

We were at an old lumber yard in downtown Orlando. It seems that many people like the industrial look, so we often look for old buildings, alleys, and otherwise less pleasant places to shoot. Always an adventure.
