Right, it does not rain, except when it is someone' wedding. I had flown out to WA twice this year to shoot weddings: one in April and one in June. Both times the day before and the day after was OK, but on the day of both weddings it rained... Imagine my disappointment.

It's funny, I actually messaged your wifey about a month ago bc. I came across some of your work via trash the dress. You two seem like a load of fun. My hubby Chris works with me as well. OSP seems like a happenin' place, I'm thankful for the warm welcomes!

Yep, that's about right. Summer here is from July 10th - Sept 1st....if we're lucky. Actually, Labor Day weekend is notorious--it's either rainy & 50 degrees, or 95 & sunny. Anything before or after that period is guaranteed hit or miss, just depends on what kind of year we're having.

Having said that, this year was exceptionally weird, with an awful lot of rainy weddings in August!

I don't know what you're talking about--our wedding today was gorgeous! I'm a little nervous about the one tomorrow though--pray for the rain to hold off!

In my defense, that BBQ was cancelled because people were dropping like flies and I found out the day before that everyone was instead meeting at Me Ra's martini PUG in Tacoma the next night (or something) and I couldn't make that one.
