At my recommendation, a friend of mine bought ShowIt from the website on Monday but he hasn't received the info to unlock his demo. He tried to log into the site and said it wouldn't accept his password. He tried the "forgot password" link and it said a new one was sent but he hasn't received it. He can't find any customer support info on the site so I thought I'd ask here. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the appropriate parties?
